BS PM Solutions is an engineering and consulting company specializing in the development, industrialization, and optimization of cemented carbide products and developing extrusion and cutting tools. We support manufacturers across the entire value chain - from raw material selection and powder preparation to tool design, serial production, and process optimisation.
Founded by Dr. Bartek Stawiszynski (PhD, Technical University of Berlin), with more than 13 years in R&D, production engineering, and technical leadership.
Our work delivers measurable improvements in lead time, quality, and cost using Lean and Six Sigma methods.
